Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Robert and his colleague did a superb job laying a 50+sqm engineered wood floor in my hallway and extended living room/kitchen. Fitted the floor underneath my new kitchen & island with great precision/accurate cutting. From initial quotation through to the end installation, Robert's company was a pleasure to deal with. Competitive on pricing, punctual, efficient, tidy. Faultless professional service, highly recommended.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I started off requesting beautiful wooden floors in two bedrooms and the living room. Then I looked at the old stair carpet and added stairs, hallway and landing to the order. It all looked lovely and the work was done quickly and efficiently so I asked them to do the third bedroom and the kitchen as well. I now have gorgeous floors which are easy to clean. And Robert and his assistant Gus are friendly and pleasant.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. After four (long) years of dealing with various tradesmen in Salisbury and all of the joys…, Robert and Gus were hand on heart the diamonds in the rough. We were left in the lurch by another flooring company, I called True Wood Floors the same day and Robert came round that afternoon, talked through the issue, had got the wood sorted in the next couple of days, in just over a week the job was quoted and… completed!. No fuss. No nonsense. Straightforward, honest and pleasant. And to say that they’re efficient doesn’t do them justice. Seriously, do yourselves a favour, if you want a floor putting down, go straight to True Wood Floors, I can’t recommend highly enough.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Outstanding service, and workmanship. The final result exceeded our expectations, Robert and Gus were very professional and completed the work with the minimum of fuss. They removed the skirting boards without any damage and later refixed them. We went for a loose laid Karndeen floor plank which we cannot recommend highly enough.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Outstanding. From my very first contact with Robert I knew that he had a passion for his trade and an innate understanding of what his customers wanted and needed. Our floor is truly out of this world. Robert and Gus were exemplary tradesman; they know their trade, are tidy, meticulous and have a great sense of humour so were a joy to have in our home. We are so happy with the end result. So much so, I am already dreaming about my next project with this company! If you employ True Wood Floors, you won't go wrong.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Thank you Rob and Gus it was a real pleasure having you lay the flooring in our new home. The stair case is a real gem. We appreciated your humour and completed it quickly and with empathy. Helping shift the furniture and erect the bed was the unexpected added value typifying your approach. Your attention to the smaller details delivered a high standard of finish.
